Drum Circles
Rhythms for Health
Stress Release
Drumming
has been used throughout the ages as a way for people from all walks of
life to:
Release Stress
Rejuvenate and Balance
Minds & Bodies
Enhance Focus &
Clarity
Uplift Spirits
Drumming produces many of the same physical, mental and emotional benefits
of aerobics, martial arts, athletics, yoga and mediation. Drumming also
has the added positive effects that come from making music both as an
individual and as part of a group.
Recent clinical studies have conclusively documented what people worldwide
have known and enjoyed for thousands of years . . . Drumming is both GOOD
FOR US and FUN!
Jim
Greiner, though not a music therapist, has worked with certified physical
and mental therapists and other professionals to develop enormously effective
drumming programs for:
Stroke Centers
Convalescent
Centers
Retirement
Communities
Substance Abuse
Programs
At-Risk Youth Groups
Prisons and
Other Groups
