Hands-On! Drumming® Corporate & Conference Rhythm Sessions:
Team Beats™ (30 minutes to three hours – 5 to 500 participants): Team building, energizing and celebrating rhythms for individual departments and the entire workforce. Integrates your group’s themes and goals with Jim’s fundamental community-building principles of communicating, collaborating and celebrating. An exciting way to connect and energize your group members at meetings, social events, during the work week, or as a stand-alone on-site or off-site workshop!
Conference Rhythms™ (15 to 45 minutes – 5 to 500 participants): Jump start your conference or meeting with upbeat rhythms, while reinforcing your themes and goals! Uses Jim’s Corporate Rhythm Kit of specialized percussion instruments. Each instrument group plays a specific, and vital, role, in creating the Group Groove. This reinforces the importance of everyone’s role in the group’s success.

Rhythm Melody™ (15 to 60 minutes – 5 to unlimited number of participants): A celebratory team building and ice breaking activity using small, colorful tuned percussion tubes. Invigorates and focuses the participants, and stimulates the free flow of ideas and information, at conferences, before meetings and breakout sessions, after meal breaks, and more! A great way to accomodate any and all time, space and budget constraints. Great as a stand-alone activity, or as part of an all-day or multiple-day event.
Keynote Rhythms™ (15 to 30 minutes – unlimited number of participants): Quickly uplift and unify conferences of ALL sizes,,, literally no size limit! Jim actively engages the participants with clapping and chanting, while weaving stories of his worldwide rhythm journeys and global cultural traditions into the session. This is a lively and energizing way to present real-world communication and collaboration skills, reinforce your group’s themes, goals and shared values, and awaken an upbeat spirit of celebrating the blessings of Life!
Leadership Rhythms™ (45 to 90 minutes – 10 to 50 participants): Conduct the percussion band! Learn the fundamentals of facilitating a drum circle, then take turns practicing them with other workshop participants, as a playful and down-to-earth way to explore Leadership Skills. Includes real-world skills such as: both verbal and non-verbal cues, communicating clear intentions and outcomes, inspiring participation and teamwork, encouraging creativity and innovation, and instilling a spirit of celebration among team members. A powerfully enlightening stand-alone workshop, or as one element of an extended Leadership seminar.
Corporate Rhythm Residency™ (one to multiple days): Combine multiple programs throughout one or more days at corporate campuses, conferences, retreats, and more. Create your own customized Corporate Rhythm Residency from our Corporate & Conference Programs menu to regularly re-energize and re-connect your group members, and to reinforce your group’s themes, goals and values. Our CRR is a powerful way to uplift and unify multiple, individual groups within your organization. In addition, this program will build team bonds throughout your organization by giving all of your employees a powerful community-building experience that they will have in common. This reinforces a common, organization-wide culture of communicating, collaborating and celebrating!
Community Rhythm Residency™ (one day to two weeks): An extended stay in the community with rhythm programs for a wide range of community groups, including corporations, service organizations, schools/youth groups, community centers, non-profit groups and more. Our CRR creates a true spirit of community across the full spectrum of people and organizations that make up your community. This program can be sponsored by multiple local and regional groups, but often local corporations that bring Jim in to do his corporate programs become primary sponsors, and reap the rewards of being recognized as community benefactors.
